As required by Code 100, this year's Grand Lodge Annual Communication will be held at the Crowne Plaza Springfield - Convention Center on Friday, October 10th and Saturday, October 11th, 2025.  Lodge representation at the Grand Lodge session each year is mandatory.  An absence of two successive years could result in the loss of the Lodge Charter.  Representatives must be present and remain during each session in order for the Lodge to receive mileage and per diem.

Registration will begin an hour and a half prior to the opening gavel each day.  Lodge representatives with credential/proxy cards should report to the Credentials Committee at the appropriate table in the lobby of the Crowne.  Please allow time to be registered and in your seats prior to the session's opening.

  • New York Deli Buffet

    A Luncheon and Program will be held for the Ladies on Friday, October 10th, at 11:30 a.m. in the Ruby Room at the Crowne Plaza.  All Ladies are invited to attend. Tickets will be $35.00 each, and reservations are required.

  • New York Deli Buffet

    Lunch will be served following the Friday morning Session in the Crowne Plaza Ballroom. Tickets for the lunch will be $35.00 each and advance reservations are required. 

  • Choice of Entrée when purchasing tickets.

    The Grand Lodge Banquet will be held in the Crowne Ballroom on Friday, October 10th at 6:30 p.m. with a "No Host" reception at 5:30 p.m.  Tickets for the banquet will be $50.00 each and advance reservations are required.  Attire will be Black/Dark Suites and for the Ladies dresses or pant suits.

  • A complimentary continental breakfast for all Ladies will be provided on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Ruby Room at the Crowne Plaza.  Tickets are required to attend and may be ordered free of charge.
