One stage will be helping the Master, SW and JW have more efficient meetings. The other part of Stage one will be rod and floor work for degrees and opening with Brad Cronk. The meeting part will be in the Western Star Lodge with the rod work in the Urbana Lodge upstairs. This will last no more than one hour, then the second stage will take place by opening and having a mock meeting where we will try to teach and learn how to open lodge and run a business meeting. If any time left, a general discussion session on how to improve our Lodges and ourselves in Masonry.
